1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PostAutoPro website (https://www.postautoproapp.com), mobile applications, REST APIs, or distribution services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company, agency, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2Third-Party Social Platform Terms & Compliance
PostAutoPro connects to and publishes content on third-party social platforms through authorized developer APIs. When connecting channels and scheduling publications, you agree to comply with all applicable third-party platform terms:
A. YouTube Terms of Service Notice
By connecting a YouTube channel to PostAutoPro, you explicitly agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You acknowledge that PostAutoPro accesses YouTube Data API v3 services in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke PostAutoPro's access at any time via the Google Security Settings page.
B. Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
You agree to abide by the Meta Terms of Service and Community Standards. You confirm you hold administrative publishing privileges on any connected Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account.
C. TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn & Snapchat
You agree to comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines, X Developer Policy and Rules, LinkedIn User Agreement, and Snap Kit Terms of Service.
3Account Security & Token Management
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring the security of your account. You agree not to:
- Share session tokens or API keys with unauthorized third parties.
- Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, copyrighted material without authorization, or content violating third-party platform community standards.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the PostAutoPro API or token encryption infrastructure.
4Content Ownership & Licenses
You retain full ownership of all videos, copy, and media assets you upload to PostAutoPro. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
By uploading content, you grant PostAutoPro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to transcode, format (e.g. 9:16 vertical blur padding), and transmit your media files to your designated social networks upon your instruction.
5Subscriptions, Billing & 14-Day Card-on-File Trial
PostAutoPro offers 14-day card-on-file trials and paid subscription plans (Creator, Growth, Agency). Your card is collected at signup and held — but not charged — for 14 days. After the trial, your selected plan begins billing automatically unless you cancel. Billing is handled securely through our payment provider Paddle.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Refund requests are evaluated under our standard 14-day customer satisfaction policy.
6Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. POSTAUTOPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SOCIAL PLATFORM OUTAGES, API RATE LIMITS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS BY THIRD PARTIES, OR PUBLISHING DELAYS BEYOND OUR DIRECT CONTROL.
7Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms or engages in abusive, unlawful, or automated spamming activity. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion in settings.
