Question 1

How does the 14-Day Card-on-File Trial work?

Accepted Answer

You start with full multi-channel distribution for 14 calendar days. We collect your card at signup, validate it, and hold it on file — but we charge nothing for the 14 days. After day 14, your selected plan begins billing to that card unless you cancel from the dashboard.

Question 2

How does PostAutoPro format videos without black bars?

Accepted Answer

PostAutoPro runs a deterministic, cloud-accelerated FFmpeg pipeline. When you upload a 16:9 widescreen or non-vertical video, the system creates an auto-scaled blurred duplicate background while keeping your central video sharp in crisp 9:16 vertical ratio.

Question 3

Why is PostAutoPro priced lower than Buffer, Hootsuite, and Later?

Accepted Answer

Legacy social media tools charge steep per-channel markups ($6-$15 per extra channel) and carry high legacy overhead. PostAutoPro runs on modern, containerised cloud infrastructure with optimised GPU video transcoding, passing massive infrastructure savings directly to creators and marketing teams.

Question 4

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PostAutoPro supports 1-click tokenised Express Checkout via Apple Pay on Safari/iOS and Google Pay on Chrome/Android, as well as all major credit and debit cards processed securely through Paddle with 256-bit encryption.

Question 5

Is there a native mobile app available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. PostAutoPro Mobile is available for iOS (Apple StoreKit 2 and Privacy Manifest compliant) and Android (Google Play Billing). You can record or upload 4K video directly from your phone and publish to all 7 channels in seconds.

Question 6

How can I contact customer support or get assistance?

Accepted Answer

Our support engineering team is available 24/7. Email support@postautoproapp.com for any questions regarding channel connections, video transcoding, or billing.

Question 7

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or via the Paddle Customer Portal with a single click. There are zero long-term commitments or lock-in contracts.

Welcome back!
